Parra getting hit in the 1st. 4 hits, 2 walks, 4 runs. Guess it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Parra's first inning was a little deceiving. Of the four hits two were infield singles and one was a blooper down the right field line. They happened, sure, but it is not like they are crushing the ball off of him.

That ball by Buck was crushed. Parra is off tonight...just one of those days. Plus, Royals are making good swings.

Arrrgh, what is with Counsell? He's made more errors in this spring training than he did during all of last year's regular season. (::repeats to self:: it's only spring training, it's only spring training.)

 

At least McClung is looking good out there (from what I can observe from here, which is just play-by-play.)
