what is the best way to frame this?

i know newspapers aren't the best thing to get signed, but i had to do it with this, will uv glass and acid free matting stop the yellowing of the paper, is there anyway to stop it?

nothing will stop the natural aging process of cheap newsprint...

 

you could try laminating it, that would seal it, but not sure you'd want to do that with an auto...

 

it isn't like that will ever be worth much, so lamination isn't a bad route. That would be the only way to completely stop the yellowing effect...

I agree that it looks pretty cool, but unless that really means something to you personally, I wouldnt waste my time framing it. I think the paper would yellow over time and even if you frame it yourself, you are probably looking at spending over $100 for sure because it would have to a be a custom sized piece.

If you really want to frame it as is, I would buy a poster frame from Michaels. They are always on sale (on sale this week also), 50% off, and they're cheap. If you want to mat it, try ti find some thin paper...somewhere along the lines of construction paper. I don't know whats available for that..

I have a full page newpaper add signed by Brett Favre from 1995. I had it laminated also to stop the yellowing. Once you frame it under glass it does look nice
