Scoring Error?

I don't know if this should be in the game day thread but... I've seen multiple sources, most recently Baseball Tonight two minutes ago, with Braun at 1-5 with 2 RBIs.

Shouldn't he have two hits with the RBI single in the first and the walk of in the ninth?

That was a fielder's choice in the 9th, not a hit.

The official scorer ruled he would have been out had they not tried to get the out at the plate and had just thrown to first thus it is a fielders choice.

You don't have to record an out to have a fielders choice, you just have to try to get an out at another base and the scorer has to decide you would have been out had they gone for your base.

What bugs me about it is that even on the brewers.com recap it lists the play as Weeks scoring on Braun's RBI groundout. I understand RBI fielder's choice would be confusing to some, but to label it incorrectly just bothers me for some reason.
