Frelick tore up low A ball last year (.437 BA) - then crashed on his promotion to Wisconsin (.167). Frelick probably won't ever mash a lot of HRs, but he projects to hit for high average, play good defense, and be a terror on the bases.

Brewers Minor League Week in Review (4/26-5/2): K is for Knarr
The Brewers are in first place. Entering game action this week, the Triple-A Nashville Sounds and Double-A Biloxi Shuckers are also in first place. Brewers Minor League Week in Review (4/19-25): Sounds, Shuckers Run to First Place
Week 3 of the minor-league season is complete. Two of the Brewers affiliates, both Triple-A Nashville and Double-A Biloxi, are first-place teams. High-A Wisconsin is in second place. Low-A Carolina is the lone affiliate under .500, at 7-8. Several top prospects had big weeks, so as Week 4 is about to begin, let’s look back at Week 3.
Brewers Minor League Link Report (4/20): A Tight One, A Comeback, A Slog, and Nashville Cruises
Carolina doesn't always score first, but they can still pull out a victory when they fail. Big lefty Russ Smith experiences a rough and frustrating outing in Appleton's wild n' wooly, cold and windy, thrilling comeback affair. Biloxi scuffles and struggles but nearly pulls one out in a long slog for a game. And Nashville does Nashville things scoring many more runs than their opponents.
