League wide statistics

Does anyone know where I can find league wide statistics? I mainly looking for league batting average, obp and slug and google hasn't revealed any answers.

Ummm, a pretty easy guess I could think of would be mlb.com.....?

I only found individual players stats there. I would like numbers for the league as a whole.

I think I found what you are looking for. www.retrosheet.org.

It doesn't appear to give MLB totals but it give NL and Al totals (you can just add the two together). If you are looking for other years go to Games/People/Parks at the top of the page. Select Games, then regular season.Choose the season you want. Then scroll down below the standings and select "ML team totals".

Edit: Actually, if you go to ML splits ( a little below ML team totals), it will give you MLB totals as well as AL and NL totals.
