Injury updates

If anyone had them, they'd be posted in one of the various threads. Injury news on MiLB players is incredibly difficult to come by, especially since HIPAA was passed.

Just so you understand... as a coach if I have one of my players get injured during the game or practice, the trainer cannot talk to me about the injury unless the player's parents have previously signed the release.

Typically we only find out about injury updates through the beat writers, though there is an occasional leak through a hometown paper or audio interview.

I noticed that Rogers and Garfield are not even in Wisconsin anymore, but are both in Arizona going through rehab. How does this work in regards to roster spots? They are still showing on the rattlers roster (7 day dl), but have been gone for weeks and are not scheduled to return for quite a while. I would think that they would be dropped off the roster and another would have taken their spot. Once again, how does this work?

So, they still get to have their 25 active players and also get to carry the guys on the DL at the same time, right?
