Players with 2000+ hits

[bando1234]

Cant sleep and I am somewhat bored so I started looking up stuff on wikipedia. I had no idea that Jeter is close as he is to 3000 hits, maybe I live under a rock. Also saw that Lou Whitaker and Alan Trammell are next to each other(120 & 121) only 4 hits away from each other. Another interesting fact-- Jason Kendall has more hits than Keith Hernandez, Yogi Berra, Don Mattingly, Harmon Kilebrew and Johnny Bench. Mark Grudzielanek has more hits than four time batting champ Bill Madlock.
