How awful is McGehee?

That was bad, but that was a blown call.

I agree it was a blown call but he had all the time in the world and threw way high. He's just infuriating right now.

I understand the point. That is why I said it was bad. But if the ump would have made the correct call we wouldn't be talking about it.

When BA mentioned Casey might be hurt, looking at his hand after his at bat, did anyone else have a short thought that it might not be the worst thing in the world for this team right now if he was to go on the DL?

We don't have another good option per se, but it would force Nyjer into the 2 hole and Hart to 5 every day and Counsell/Wilson platoon batting 8th but with above average defense. We might actually be a bit better for a while.

Never would have said that before the year started.

Yeah! Lucroy with the perfect throw to beat Coghlan by a mile. Betancourt didn't move his glove at all.

Best part about that throw was that Coghlan actually got the base before the tag was on him. Yuni didn't move his glove, but Coghlan's hand were on either side of the glove and he got the glove on his chest but his hands were already on the base.

He was beat by a mile though and thats why Luc got the call.

It took a while for Yuku to stop displaying 0 users, but the chat room is occupied, and those of you who participated last night know how critical that was to the Brewers' success.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

According to Gameday that 3rd pitch to Buck caught the corner of the meatball zone (the center square of the strike zone). If this were still April, Gallardo would now give up a 3 run jack....
