Gindl back in affiliated ball (Halton, too)

The White Sox signed former Brewer Caleb Gindl to a minor league deal. Gindl was coming off posting a .784 OPS for the Lancaster Barnstormers of the indy Atlantic League. Still waiting to see if his Lancaster and one time Brewer teammate Sean Halton who posted a .904 OPS for the Barnstormers finds his way back to affiliated ball.

Never understood why the Crew didn't keep Gindl around... his 2013 was pretty good, and certainly seemed to warrant a longer look.

Still can't believe none of Gindle, Gamely, Green stuck. Injuries played a huge role, but still. Just shows no such thing as having too many prospects.
