It was a rather forgettable start of the week on Tuesday, as the Crew kicked off their week in Philadelphia. However, Colton Gordon was effective in his Brewers debut, chewing through five innings in what would be the team's final loss of the 162-game championship season.

The Brewers rebounded on Wednesday, and did so behind yet another strong start from Logan Henderson. The offense, meanwhile, did just enough to beat Aaron Nola, getting two big swings off the bat of Christain Yelich and Brice Turang en route to a 4-1 win.

The Brewers won the rubber match on Thursday to claim their final road series of the year, using five different arms and some late offense from Jake Bauers and company, eventually winning 5-1.

The final three games of the regular season shifted back to Milwaukee, with the Cardinals coming to town to face off against Robert Gasser. And the Brewer lefty was up to the challenge, turning in one of his finest starts of the season and setting a career high for single-game strikeouts along the way. Meanwhile, the Brewer offense mounted another late surge, scoring four runs in the fourth and putting the game away 8-4.

Once again, the Brewers used a quintet of pitchers to propel themselves to a win, this time with Dustin May getting the start. However, it was Kyle Harrison who garnered some attention, looking like the Harrison of old when he struck out four in his two innings of relief behind May. Then, Turang stole the headline with the bat, flipping the scoreboard for good in the 5th with a towering home run off of Quinn Mathews, as the Brewers won their 102nd game 3-2.

Win No. 103 on the year assured the Brewers ended the year the way they started it; by sweeping a series at American Family Field. They did it behind the man who started game No. 1, too, as Jacob Misiorowski capped off his historic campaign with yet another gem.
