I hate Brewerfan.net and all of its supporters
Center field replied to prince of roy's topic in WOAH SOLVDD
Brewerfan.net is just like the Brewers. A bunch of losers. Dream all you want but they will always suck. I hope I get booted but this is my free speech and its the truth. YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!! The truth? Here is the truth.Milwaukee Brewer fans are the grittiest bunch of battlers you will ever find. Our metal has been tested and it is indestructable, for it has been forged in the fires of a sportsfans hell of 12 straight losing seasons,14 straight and counting non-winning seasons,24 seasons and counting since a post-season appearance and no World Series Titles in franchise history. Yes, we know of losing but we are not losers because quitters never win and winners never quit and there is no quit in a Brewer fan.We are faithful, loyal, stubborn and steadfast. Furthermore, ridicule only serves to strengthens my devotion to the Brewers and one day when Milwaukee stands atop the baseball world,as it did in '57,I will reach a higher state of euphoria because of it and I will ask those who have ridiculed the Crew "How do you like Milwaukee now! -

I can help fill in some of the blank spots on the Brewers affiliate and broadcast history page. 1969 -The Pilots rookie level team was the Billings Mustangs Pioneer League. 1970-The Brewers AA team was the Jacksonville Suns Southern League. 1971,72,73-The Brewers AAA team was the Evansville (Ind)Triplets American Assoc. Brewers TV anouncers: 1970 Dan O'Neill Merle Harmon Tom Collins The Brewers braodcast 29 games during their inaugural season the first I believe was May 22 against the Royals. 1971 Merle Harmon Jim Irwin Tom Collins 1972 Merle Harmon Tom Collins Bob Uecker 1973 Tom Collins Johnny Logan Eddie Doucette 1974 Tom Collins Eddie Doucette 1975 Jim Irwin Gary Bender 1976 Ray Scott Merle Harmon Bob Uecker 1977 Ray Scott Merle Harmon Bob Uecker 1978 Mike Hegan Merle Harmon Bob Uecker 1979 Mike Hegan Merle Harmon Bob Uecker 1980 Mike Hegan Lorn Brown Bob Uecker 1981 Steve Shannon Kent Derdivanis 1982-86 Mike Hegan Steve Shannon My source for the TV broadcast teams was True Brew A Quarter Century With The Milwaukee Brewers by Chuck Carlson. The only thing missing on the radio side was Eddie Doucette in 1970. The 1969 media guide for the Pilots listed five TV stations but I haven't found anything yet on a broadcast team.
