Yeah, it appeared that Sal was never going, so I'd prefer Durbin to possibly plug one in the gap. This was a failure on Megill and the offense for not doing enough since the Reds series, though.
2/4 with a home run today. That's all I care about. I'm not saying it lost us the game because odds are Durbin would have failed, but putting in a guy who hasn't even hit a double this season was a bit crazy in my eyes.
Yep. No magic today. That's a shame. They should have had it, but the offense went cold and Megill went down in flames. Taking out Durbin was dumb, in my opinion.
