    ** REMINDER ** Deadline to submit rosters is Wednesday, March 26th at 11:59:59 PM Central Time. This is one night before MLB Opening Day. No entries will be accepted after the deadline. Any home runs hit during Tokyo WILL be added to your team's total, provided those players are on your roster.

    Nope. If you notice, bench players have no monetary value. They are free. If it helps, they used to be named "wild card" players in years past.

This is the kick off thread for the 2025 HR Derby! This year, thanks to Brock, we are opening this game up to members of North Side Baseball, Brewer Fanatic and Twins Daily. (Previously this was only played at NSBB.) Here is the link to our Wiki page for this game, and it has all the info you need to select your 2025 HR Derby team!     Announcing the 2025 Home Run Derby! Hello and welcome to the official announcement for the 2025 Home Run Derby game that has been played over at Northside Baseball's Forum since the early 2000’s! If you’re reading this on NSBB, welcome back! If you’re reading this on Twins Daily or Brewers Fanatic - Hello and consider this your official invitation to play our 2025 Home Run Derby! If you are reading this and you have not played before, it is a form of “fantasy baseball” but without the day-to-day need to check your roster. There are no fantasy points for statistical offense, with the exception of Home Runs, of course! I am working with Brock Beauchamp to get the word out as much as we possibly can, in order to generate re(new)ed interest in this great and fun game. We are “crossing the streams” for this campaign, and we are opening up the participation to multiple forums. For the 2025 Season, this game will be played between Northside Baseball, Twins Daily, and Brewer Fanatic! Members from each forum can sign-up to play and participate!
