Giving up a reliever who's still not fully recovered from TJ surgery for a journeyman starter is a pretty good move for the Orioles.

Millwood had a good ERA this past year, but it was poor the previous two years, and it was probably dure more to luck last year than something we should anticipate happening again.

Texas did throw in 3mil, so it put his cost at 9mil, a rule 5 pick, and a reliever coming off an injury. Not bad for a guy who had a solid year last season and would certainly be better off away from the Ballpark in Arlington.
