I've helped BrewerNation identify more farmhands and we believe the link above is the most up-to-date list of Crew kids on the farm, so you can either follow players individually or subscribe and check in on the list once a day as I do.

 

You'll notice on that link's sidebar BrewerNation has an MLB Brewers list as well.

When you subscribe to the list, you'll now find Scooter Gennett on Twitter, along with all the other farmhands. Draft picks on Twitter are added as they sign.

 

There is also a separate list specific to Brewers 2012 draft picks, so you could follow those kids during the signing / non-signing process.
