This is nuts. Just a few days ago we were writing the Brewers' obituary and now we're only a game and a half off the final WC spot. I won't be able to see the game tonight so I hope I find good news later on.

Problem is, now we can't take care of business ourselves, we are counting on help from teams that play Pittsburgh, AND we are hoping they start losing and find a way to choke it off and drop in the standings.

 

It was a lot more fun when we controlled our own destiny, what, 10 days ago? I still can't believe how far we have fallen, but we are winning again, so hopefully this isn't just a mirage...
