OMG Figueroa gets the swinging K on a slider in the dirt - took a lil bounce into the dirt up the line. Rodriguez gathers it and quickly pops and snags the runner who tried to swipe 3B. WHewwww baby! Two down just like that . Amazing.

Rodriguez lined out hard to LF. Lara golfed one to deep RF for an Eduarqui tag to 3B.  Pratt smoked an out to RF. Decent contact from all 3. And, in 'it's baseball' Eduarqui got the double and hit that ball with less exit velo than every out. LOL.

This home plate ump @ Great Lakes has been pretty poor the entire night. 2-1 count. This pitch caught the entire Track Zone. Rodriguez drops it. Ump casually calls it a ball. 11th inning. Nobody out. Men on 1st and 2nd. Embarrassing miss from this ump. That ball is dead center at the kneees. Embarrassing.

Bases juiced. Figueroa has been wild. A nice slider gets a K. A grounder prior to that. 2 outs and bases loaded, and the Loons hottest hitter up, and FIgueroa is behind 3-0 ugh

Pratt gets the 6-2 fielder's choice first out. Whewww. Not a routine play at all. He made it look routine. Weird bounce. Odd hop. Casually makes the play at home plate. One down. Bases still juiced.

Fouled off a nice slider. Next pitch had no chance. Just way outside and essentially in the dirt. Dang. Now the highest ranked prospect on their team and the 48th ranked prospect in baseball in Josue De Paula. These are really tough outs he has put himself into. Gets ahead 0-2.

Figueroa gets the swinging K on J. DePaula the uber-talented prospect.  Very nice. Tough inning for Figueroa there, pretty wild, but gets the big Ks to end the inning. But walked in the tying run in between.

Well extra extra innings on to the 12th. Let's get some more run T-Rats

OMG Garcia! AND, it was off-speed! LOL. Mistake pitch. Belt high. Fantastic swing. T-Rats already have the lead. Dub dub. Pratt scores.

And Garcia does like Equarqui and deposits the ball into LF, scores a run, and he is on 2B. Let's hope there is another hit here to extend the lead. But right now it is 4-3 lead.

The Loons 2B has made several fantastic plays to his right tonight. Really nice digs. Impressive defense. Areinamo hits one up the middle and it is somehow snuffed out by said 2B. Garcia to 3B.

LF Hedbert Perez has not looked comfortable or capable against LHP all night. This is a tough AB for him.

He fails to capitalize with a very weak pop fly to extremely shallow CF. Like I said: he does not look comfortable against lefties.

Areinamo robbed, and Hedbert does not execute with a lazy fly to center. Now 2 outs. Then have to get another run here to try to help close it out.

 

EDIT: Well no. Valerio with a tough day at the office. 0-5 with 4 K. Only a 1 run lead. Not  sure who is pitching the bottom of 12.

Valerio swings at an egregious pitch. My goodness. An extremely uncompetitive AB. The T-Rats manage one on the lead-off double. On to the bottom of the 11th.
