385 on-base percentage and .327 batting average in 2024 the guy has arms like a lumberjack keen to axe work.

I have no idea what or were anyone fits in . I just know I would love to have this young outfielder in the house here in Milwaukee.   Reminds me of Trout.

a tad older which could put him in reach maybe even near that comp pick for Willy but who knows?  I have never understood projecting MLB draft talent in position.   I value this guy high!  That much I know.

Wishlist player #1 of summer.   Gabe Swansen of Nebraska is a nice ball player to dream about.    The guy is cut like Thor. 6' 200lbs of nice bat speed and power to spare.

I don't see Swansen in the top 100 for MLB.com, as a senior from the big 10 without a standout skill I doubt he gets picked in the 1st couple rounds. Add in a rough start to the year and I don't see it, I don't mind him but maybe as like a 5th rounder.

Here is my prospect crush, Chase Shores 6'8 245, throws upper 90's to 100. Had TJ and missed 2024 and most of 2023. Ranked 38 but has had a good start to the year, I doubt he stays ranked that low if he stays healthy but a 1st round option who could even save us slot money if he stays out of the top 30 rankings.

I really like Kruz Schoolcraft a 17 yo HS 6'8 225 P/1B and 3B Xavier Neyens HS power hitter, however both will be long gone by our turn.

Pitching crushes are setups for despair but I think your guy is a lot of peoples Draft crush.  He has all the value you want from his positioning .    I think if he keeps his game play at this level I do not see him slipping very far but we can all hope.   If it happens I will buy you a beer because he is awesome.

Gabe Swansen at the MLB Desert Invitational was the entire show . Well he and a pitcher who took one 106 MPH to the face

Schoolcraft is a dream but he is a top 10 guy I am pretty sure.   He only falls to us if the earth turns out to be flat and I am confident that evidence is not forthcoming. But we can dream.

Man, I really wish we had a batters eye in CF when I played years ago. Doesn't matter how fast they're throwing it, the ball just sticks out like a sore thumb.
