Stephenson is a pretty good deal at $8, but I think he will go for more than that, so I'd sign Carson Kelly as a hedge against Quero's injuries.  Naylor cannot hit (at all) and Sanchez is aging.  I would take Sanchez over Naylor if we are keeping one.

Let's not waste time with Hamilton and hand that spot to Made in spring training.

Taylor Ward could also be a good right handed fit, spelling (or replacing) Yelich at DH (or Frelick in the OF) if the Yelich and Frelick we saw in the regular season are the now-reality Yelich and Frelick.  He's also a former 3b, which means he probably can play 1b too. Ward is super patient, which would be a good replacement for Bauer's patience.  (I am assuming/hoping Bauers turns down the QO). And maybe the Brewers could re-unlock Ward's power.

I would non-tender Vaughn.  I like him, but Murph does not totally believe in him, putting him up only as a short side platoon.  I think that money is wasted.  I'd pick up France  (surely he's available for much less than $13m) improving defense and getting no worse on offense.

I'd plan on Ortiz being utility (with Made), and give Fischer a shot at 3b as another right handed bat, with some power.  His defense needs work, but that's where Ortiz comes in.

I'm skeptical about Megill being to keep this up, and Uribe is a bit of a wild card.  I would sign Jason Adam at a relatively cheap price (coming off a non-Adam year).  Seems like he would thrive on our team and take some right handed pressure off Megill and Uribe.

I would have Patrick and Gasser in the rotation, spelled by Harrison until they figure out what happened to Kyle.   It seems like an anomaly, except SF and BOS gave up on him pretty easily, so maybe there are some legit head issues there.

I would not roster Koenig, and would consider bringing back Suter who I think we could get for less than $5 listed below.  I like Romero a lot but not at $8.  If we could keep him for $5, that's my pick over Suter.
