Brewers sign Mike Cameron (1yr/$6.22 mil + 2009 Team Option)

Not that it is a big deal, but was there an announcement as far as who comes off the 40 man to make room for Cameron? Best that I can tell was that the 40 man was full prior to his signing.

Yes, someone has to be removed. The odds on favorite to be DFA'd is Drew Anderson. Nothing is official yet.

I know he won't count against the 25 man roster during his suspension but this is interesting. I hope Haudricourt can clear this up and see if this guy is right.

Haudricourt just posted that as far as he knows, Cameron will count against the 40-man, so someone will have to be removed.
