  1. I know Jeremy Reed (Seattle) has had a rough start to his MLB career but I believe it is mainly because of injuries. He is only 25 years old and if you look at his minor league numbers they are outstanding. It was just last year at this time that there was talk of a few teams that were interested in acquiring him. He is the Brewers type of pickup, cheap contract and not eligible for free agency for about 3 or 4 more years. From everything I read about him his centerfield defense is outstanding (gold glove caliber), he has basestealing ability and could be a leadoff hitter. With Jose Guillen just being signed and Ichiro moving to center and talk about Gonzo being signed to play left (even if he isn't they still have Ibanez for left), they seem to have no room for Jeremy Reed. This may be a case of a player needing a change of scenery for him to reach his full potential. Is this just another player on the same level as Brady Clark, Laynce Nix or anyone else we currently have to play center or could this be a sleeper that some teams have forgotten about? Let me know what you all think.
