Do you mean 2012? He played 61 games in 2013.

I have two tickets for each of these games, I froze out in the cold this morning to go claim these - they were part of the voucher giveaway last year. My wife and I go to a lot of games and could use the money (just bought a house up the hill from MP), so if anyone is interested in either game at $60 for the pair, PM me or email me at thesaltshakersband at yahoo. These are usually $42 per ticket, so that's $24 off each pair. Tuesday April 7 - Section 219, Row 9 Wednesday April 21 - Section 221, Row 8 We can do Paypal/mail or I can meet somewhere in Milwaukee, too. Thanks, guys.

The current colors with ball & glove would be awesome. I've seen it suggested on this forum before and I fully agree, I wish they'd do this.

There isn't one this year, I don't think. They also got rid of the signed baseball that they did the last couple years. Disappointing. They replaced it with the option of receiving all the all-fan giveaways for the entire season which is superior in my opinion. Yeah, I have a 20 pack and never heard anything about a Lucroy SSH bobble.

Even for 20 packs? I wonder how I missed that. Happy to have it, though.

Sorry for the lack of knowledge on this, guys... but I just want to try to figure out what Larry Sanders' problem is. I don't really pay much attention to the NBA but I find the whole scenario fascinating and infuriating. So this guy signed a contract to play basketball for the Bucks... and now he apparently doesn't want to play anymore and they still have to pay him? Why? The contract is for him to PLAY BASKETBALL FOR THE BUCKS. Like I said, I'm a casual (at best) observer of the Bucks/NBA, but I can't believe the crap that this guy is trying to pull. If he signed a contract to play for the Bucks, he should either play for the Bucks or leave without being paid the remainder of the contract. Ugh.

So, as expected after reading previous BF.net posts about The Igniter... he was a super nice guy and it was a great experience. I don't believe in paying for autographs but I made an exception for the favorite Brewer of my youth... and I'd probably go again to get something else signed next time. Legends of the Field did a nice job. I got there at about 11:40 and the line was just starting to spill out the door. It started promptly and we were out of there by 12:30 at the latest.

I've had a baseball I got at the Hall of Fame that I eventually wanted to get signed by Paul Molitor and Ryan Braun. That was awhile ago. Now I just want Paul to sign it. Has anyone gone to the Legends of the Field public signings before? Did you have a good experience? I assume I will pay my fee and be quickly herded through a line like cattle. I never thought I'd pay for an autograph, but I'm considering it. Not sure he'll be out signing at Twins/Brewers games this coming year, but I guess it's possible. Do Hall of Famers do that when they know they can get a good chunk of change for their sig?

How can you say you don't like it without even knowing what they're getting back? Sure if they trade him for Aaron Poreda and Adam Rosales, that's an awful deal but if they got Joey Gallo and Alex Gonzalez (not happening but I'm making a point) then I'm not sure how anyone could not like the deal. Let me rephrase and say for this coming year, I don't like it. And that's because I'm pretty sure it'll be prospects and I see the drop-off from Gallardo to Nelson as substantial... for this year. I wanted to give it another shot this year + Lind. So I'm disappointed with the move. For this coming year. I don't believe we're getting some other great pitcher to take his place. Hope I'm wrong though.

I'm kind of blown away that they are parting with Gallardo. I just thought they were giving it one more go with basically the team from last year... so why lose Gallardo. I don't like it.

No. Let's just enjoy the first deal we got and let him enjoy the megadeal he gets after he leaves the Crew.

Heh, I cannot stand Jim Rome. Please keep in mind that I say the comments below as a Brewer fan that is casually interested in the NFL as well... I listen to 1250 AM / 105.7 THE FAN almost exclusively. I love the Brewers coverage on there, particularly the post-game shows with Tim Allen. I think Tim is the greatest, mostly because of his positive attitude that is all too rare nowadays. Bill Michaels gives the Brewers more coverage than I would expect him to (and I appreciate that), but he's not as funny as he thinks he is. The Big Show is pretty terrible and that's mostly because of Gary Ellerson and Leroy Butler - who don't know anything about baseball but pretend to. I don't even try to listen to them anymore at this point, but I do appreciate the amount of coverage the Brewers get on 1250 in relation to everything else, and I make a point to listen to the post-game shows even the next day on their web app.

Too many Royals continuing to swing at that high strikes from MB. Too bad the Royals couldn't pull it out. If Alex Gordon never would've slowed down, I think he could have scored on that final hit of the game. When you're having NO luck against the pitcher, don't you want to be aggressive there and maybe send him? I know you would never hear the end of it if he was thrown out at home, so I guess I answered my own question there. I just really think he could've made it... but there was no way to know that ball was going to play the way that it did out there.

I agree with whoever mentioned he and Roenicke seem to be very similar managers. Any of you that don't like Roenicke but fear Maddon in Chicago... I don't get that.
