  1. good points for certain.... but there are few teams who will pay what he wants. He wants to win, so that eliminates the bottom feeders. Why not dream that Prince will stick around if we step up and the competition for his services are few? Yanks & Red Sox are out... hometown discount, play ball with your best friends for a few more years. I think the farther we go into the postseason, the more realistic this becomes!
  2. I know it is an uphill fight to keep Prince, but perhaps a large guestbook that would demonstrate how important that Prince is to the Brewers now and into the future. Let's keep this team together! www.signprince.com
  3. I heard that there are less taverns with tickets and tents this year based on demand. Anyone have any insight on that? I was looking for a list of taverns that may still have opening day tickets but I was unable to figure it out through the web. Thanks! Crawdaddy
  4. I have seats 1-4 in row 3 of Section 127 at Miller park, full season. I have a couple of partners after losing one last year. I have had season tickets for 8 years, always intending to go to 20ish games per year. Right now, I have 42-45 games accounted for leaving me 36-39. I am interested in one more partner who may want 15ish games or so. These seats are on the 3rd base line, on the aisle, where the sausages start and I love the location. I really can't afford to go to 39 games per year though as much as I would like to. The seats have a face value of $38 for regular games and $65 for marquee games. I try to pay for them by January 15th in order to get a price break. My eventual cost could be as low as $29/ticket or as much as $31/ticket if I have fincancing charges. When I receive the tickets, we get together and draft the season out in person and split them up. Let me know if you would be interested, I will send you my email address. (I am in the Pewaukee area). Thanks! David EDIT: 4 Winter Warm Up Tickets for January 23rd at the Riverside Theater available as well. GO CREW!!!
  5. Great topic. Bub's does rock for gaming as well as the sights within the bar. BAGS is a lot of fun too now, and really catching on. It does not have any licensure issues for home operation either. I'll see you at Bub's tomorrow Mize. I'm looking forward to taking your GT Live donation! Craw
  6. I recorded the great Johnny Logan while he spoke to us fantasy baseball campers last night at the camp ending banquet. If you like Logan, you'll get a kick out of this 3+ minute clip. Here is the address, I just posted it on youtube.com at: http://youtube.com/results?search_query=johnny+logan+recites&search_type=&search=Search He was awesome! Crawdaddy
  7. That is awesome! I have the list of coaches... Jerry Augustine, Greg Brock, Rob Deer, Mike Fetters (only 3 years out of the majors, I am sure he still has 90 plus in his gun), Moose Haas, Lou Klimchock, Johny Logan (that will be cool), Don Money, Ben Oglivie, Ed Sedar, Bob Skube, Dale Sveum & Stormin Gorman. I spent a half hour with Augustine last Sunday when I took some batting practice and threw some pitches. He was very cool. He said that you get fined if you are back in your room before midnight, and Gorman told me last year that he pushes his campers hard with the brew. I have been training very diligently with the Miller products. Thanks for the insight. Crawdaddy
  8. I am going for the first time, leaving Monday. Just curious if anyone has any insight from past experience... I am psyched about playing some ball in Maryvale and psyched about Brewer Baseball in 08! Crawdaddy
