Martinez came out after 1 double & 1 out, replaced by John Foster who got out #2 and 3. Indians still up by 3.

Could some of you baseball experts help me out - I just returned from Indianapolis and was surprised to see that a player coaches 1st base and Cecil Cooper stays in the dugout. Maybe that's the way all AAA teams work? Could this affect the base-running execution?
