Crosby is his best comparison? And his sub-par 2006 season lessens Tulo's value? Where are you getting this stuff?

"considering that Troy Tulowitzki could also be pushed off his position by his defensive deficiencies" I haven't heard this before.

Yeah, we're still learning and working our way up. I'll be interning with Baseball America this spring and a few of our writers will be covering college baseball, so we should continue to improve our knowledge. I'm sorry that you were dissapointed with that article. We have fun doing what we do and we hope to continue to improve the quality of our work.

Project Prospect has unveiled its 2007 top 100 prospect list.

I guess Project Prospect is only profiling Brewers these days http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif www.projectprospect.com/profile-ryan-braun-06/ I was pretty impressed with all the detail in this scouting report. Do you think Braun will stick at third base? Edit: Activated link

9-for-22 in Double-A (no xbh). He had a really high BABIP (.474), but I've heard that he has a good hack and I don't think it's out of the question to expect him to hit over .225 in the bigs.

Yeah, he can rake...lemme see if I can get you some numbers.

With the bad news about Rogers, I thought you guys may be interested in an article from Project Prospect about the other pitcher who the Brewers took early in the 2004 draft. story >>>

Yeah, Jay does a good job of throwing together prospect news over at attheplate.com.

Hey everyone. I ended up missing Ryan at the AFL. I was only there for two full days and my hotel didn't have internet, so anytime I wanted to research, I had to go to Starbucks. I've bookmarked this page and I'm going to try to arrange an interview with Ryan. Looks like you have a great list of questions going...I'll keep you updated.

I have my media credentials lined up for the Arizona Fall League, where I hope to meet up with Ryan Braun. Does anyone have any questions that you would like me to ask him?

Alfonzo has made a lot of friends in San Francisco. Mike Matheny is a tough act to follow up, but I'd say the 1996 undrafted Cardinals free agent signing has filled in just about seamlessly. It will be interesting to compare the two's career high VORPs come next season.

Thanks revengeofSAGET (hehe, nice name too). Will was a joy to converse with. I'm going to try to shake my Halo II rust off this winter, so that I can see what kind of Halo player he is.

Interesting point about the waves. That's so intuitive, yet I haven't really thought of player development stictly in that light before. Waves makes sense, and the Brewers are doing riding them the right way.

Haha, I'm sorry lithium75. I wrote that at 3:00 AM, and by then all our other writers were asleep. I'm playful, but I'll try not to be this corny too often.
