Look around 680. I can't confirm because I'm not at home, but that's the vacinity of where the alternate channel usually is.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

There was some discussion of this in the in-game thread. It was an issue that was DirecTV's fault, and it appears to be fixed now.
