brutal prince.. really thought they were gonna get a good quick start there..

I didn't unfortunately. I have lost all confidence in this team to actually get sac flys or clutch hits. Especially on the road. Can anyone look up the stats? To see how often we actually drive in the run from third with less than 2 outs? I'd guess it's at about 40%.

2 strike outs on 6 pitches so far, don't see that much
I tried to log in on my iPad. Turns out it was an etch-a-sketch and I don't own an iPad. Also, I'm out of vodka.

Who called it in last night's IGT?

Mark Kotsay "earns start"

I love it how Kotsay has his first good game of the year, and he immediately gets another start. Morgan started the year like 9 of 17 or something silly and he still had trouble finding the field over Gomez and Kotsay (before the injuries obviously). Just saying.....

Someone said earlier they were surprised by the long Hart at back.

Is that because you're used to our stellar offense having six pitch innings like we just had? From the top three in the order?

Anybody think Casey needs to be moved down in the lineup? Not sure who would hit in his place but he's been anti-clutch for about a month now

I care, I just expect that from this team, especially on the road. Leadoff double and we won't score, as usual. One pitch to Casey, doesn't hit it hard or move teh guy over. And there it is. Leadoff double, four pitches later the inning is over. FOUR. FOUR.

Seriously, you don't have to swing at the first pitch, it's not a rule or anything. That's a another inning of about 6-8 pitches.

At some point, after a 12 pitch inning by the opposition, someone will post without irony about how well the Brewers were working the count.
