It's an interesting trade deadline this year.
3 teams were supposed to be good but fell flat and are essentially in fire sale mode. Mets giants Tigers. Lots of interesting players there. Most on expensive contracts, but not all. Many will get gobbled up by the Dodgers and Yankees for small prospect costs.
Then the bottom feeder teams. I count 5. Royals As angels Reds Rockies. Not many great players there but more sellers is better.
Finally there are quite a few retool teams who are on the bubble and will likely try to trade for this year and the next few years. MLB talent going both ways. Probably about half the league falls into this category. Nats Mariners Marlins Padres Astros are a few standouts with lots of interesting players and looking to be active.
