Thanks, dlk9s. I figured it wasn't just me. The sad thing to me isn't just the amount of booing, but the nature of it. A lot of times you get the almost good-natured booing of your rivals, or a guy who is a nemesis for your team, etc. It just seemed like this was almost mean-spirited at times.
That was the sense I got as well. Why can't they just enjoy a great baseball game?

Was it just my imagination, or did the FOX team not even utter the words "Rickie Weeks" during his first inning at-bat?
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

He's fortuntate not to have broken an ankle.
And Joe Buck narrating the play like he's reading the crop report.

Who is this "Rickie Weeks" of whom you speak?

I didn't hear him mentioned either, though the whole AB can and went in a blink.

No CC, Arod, Jeter, or Rivera. Wonder what the Cards have to say about it.

Gotta love Justin Timberlake trolling Joe Buck.

Did he seem drunk or is it just me?

This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

Well, he's got to be the MVP so far, no?

As much as I downplay the loss of Fielder in terms of the club's ability to contend, I'm really going to miss watching the guy hit. Dude can mash.

Before that home run, drunk Timberlake was the highlight of the all-star festivities for me.
