And for the first time since the 2nd inning he pitched this season, Greinke's ERA is below 4. He also has not pitched more than 7 innings all year, currently sitting at 74 pitches through 6

Thata boy #9, nice turn. I wonder if Lopez would have been at 2nd in time to receive that throw

That's easily one of the quicker turns I've seen from a "second baseman".

Prince may be big but he ALWAYS runs hard

Agreed. It can be easy to criticize the big guy for defensive woes, the inability to throw home, etc, but one qualitative area you can't knock is his hustle. Throughout his career here he has pretty much always run hard every time.

Bah, our winning ways is turning me into a softy....

UGH! The brewers must have the worst official scorer in all of baseball. Not a single fricken call ever goes the brewers way. I'm sure that if a brewers pitcher had a no hitter going with two out in the ninth and a slow roller is hit to prince and he completely blows it the official scorer would probably still rule it a hit! Sorry for the rant..I'm just frustrated.. C Hart is on my fantasy team too..so much for that hit..

This is presumably about Prince Fielder's 22nd year playing baseball, and I think he has yet to figure out the first baseman isn't the only defender on the right side of the infield. Clearly it didn't matter there but it seems like every other game he's poaching on balls that are clearly going to the second baseman.

He does. He seems to really care about being a complete player, and I have a lot of respect for that. As someone said earlier, it's not Prince's fault he's pretty much the definition of a DH.

As someone who does not doubt the Brewers' ability to replace Prince as a ballplayer, I'm really going to miss watching Prince and Braun hit consecutively every night.

Thats on RRR for not putting Plush in there for defense after JHJ made the last out last inning

I was thinking the same thing too...Morgan catches that with little problem, I think

Wait, Odriscoll took back Hart's double and ruled it a two base error?!?! He's the worst, and should of been fired years ago.

Off topic, but JJ hit two more HR's tonight. Man do I wish we never would of traded him.

I will miss the straight up stretched arms of Fielder as he walks into the dugout after a home run.. Hopefully it isn't, but this may be the last Braun-Fielder back to back HRs we will ever see.
