Rare papermaker

I have came across a rare papermakers bobblehead that has no name plate or sponsor plaque and am taking cash offers only....there are only 50 of these bobbles in existence...

This is for a friend trying to sell it for cash only...not a bobblehead collector...I'd love to work out a deal for the plaster though haha
