Is Ramirez hurt? Why would you pinch hit Lucroy for him? I mean, Luc is having a great season, but A Ram is in the top 3 in the NL in extra base hits. I don't get it.

I believe he was HBP tonight - maybe it's related.

Sometimes I wonder if the bad bullpen is part of the reason the offense is so good this year. Hart probably figured we would lose if he didn't get a hit in the 9th.

Please limit Loe and Parra appearances and never let Krod pitch the 9th and we might just pull out something special.It needs to continue tomorrow and then a sweep in St Louis would be fantastic.

Loe has a 5.8 K/bb vs rhb and a 1.2 k/bb vs lhb. Gives up a .650 ops to RHB this year and a .793 OPS to LHB.

 

Our manager hasn't figured out he shouldn't face lefties yet.

Not sure if it was posted anywhere, but Haudricourt just tweeted that Ramirez tweaked his back and he's not expecting Ramirez to start today.
