For great play, preferably if he looks like a pro bowler.

I mean, why would you think?

Serious question.  What has he done in this game for this question to even be asked?  If you want to point to past issues fine, but they haven't even popped up on this game at all.

I mean, I’m sure the answer is a mix of the people around him suck and the fact we are stuck with him next year but:

At what point does Jordan Love deserve a nice mid game benching? Even if he starts the next week regardless? 10 games? 12?

I guess I’d care more about doing it just to do it if the guy making that decision wasn’t a dunce if a coach.

(and this isn’t me inferring today his play deserves it. I just thought of it watching the game)

Sean Clifford is not the Packers QB of the future, so there would be no point, you have to at least give the QB you spent a 1st round pick on the full season and see, not have him looking over his shoulder after 6+ games.

The problems with this football  team clearly run a lot deeper than Jordan Love.

I see MLF figured out that whole slow start thing!

Not only hasn't he figured it out, the offense is actually getting worse if you can believe that.

What are you even doing Jordan? You think you're going to run for 16 yards?

Honestly it's about even the chances of throwing or running.

That’s what they said about Ryan Leaf.

Even with his quirks ARod covered up how over his head MLF is.

A familiar weekly theme is that the defense plays ok, not great, but the offense plays so bad that the defense looks like the 1985 Bears in comparison.

Reed might have gotten away with a fake fair catch signal there.  He did bring his arm up to about shoulder hight and sort of extended it out.

Ok? So we want to bench Jordan Love for Sean Clifford now because a 2nd overall pick 25 years ago was a bust?

Everyone wants MLF gone, but the brass will probably look at all these games holding opposing teams to under 25 and elevate Barry to HC…

I’m sure there’s an explanation, but I don’t understand why refs sometimes allow offenses to line up and snap it immediately and other times they deliberately slow things down.  The refs held that play up, and the Packers didn’t substitute, so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t let the offense go as fast they want?

If there wasn't a sub then I have no idea.  I figured there must have stupidly been one.

Not really. Love is not the answer and if you want to waste another 5 losing seasons figuring that out go right ahead. The guy can’t even run without tripping over his own feet.

Great footwork, Jordan.

The clock management has been so poor on this drive. There was no reason that we should have run out of time before we had a chance to punch it in and yet here we are.
