One argument for leaving Cappy in is that he's got the bottom of the order due up - although he didn't fare too well against them earlier.

mikevan1818 · July 21, 2005

Everyone besides Moeller, Rooter, and JJ have a BA of over .263. Thats pretty decent I must say.

JoeH33 · July 21, 2005

Weak sauce Lyle

Weirdos19 · July 21, 2005

Still trying to figure out why the rooter is even on the roster.

DHarris34Phan · July 21, 2005

Split, Split, Split, Split......PLEEEEEEASE!

steve267268 · July 21, 2005

Does anyone else think that Thompson looks like he is about 12 years old? I can't stand this guy..

dogs with bees in their mo · July 21, 2005

Still trying to figure out why the rooter is even on the roster.

I'm guessing that he's either a fighter, a gamer, a hard worker, or possibly even a battler.

JoeH33 · July 21, 2005

Cappy better have a short leash here. I say if anyone gets on base we pull him.

EDIT: PULL HIM!

homer · July 21, 2005

Steve,

They showed a close up of him the other day and he has the face of a 14 year old actor in an OXY commercial.

bjamesw22 · July 21, 2005

Or that right now he's our only left handed bat off the bench when Branyan is playing.

MadisonBrewerBlue · July 21, 2005

Cappy's era in the 6th inning is 3.00 and teams are batting 273 agaisnt him

ja002h · July 21, 2005

Once again, Ned's going to have to take the starter out after the first couple batters reach anyway.

Man, lucky that was at somebody.

BrewCrewKid · July 21, 2005

Anyone know who's, if anyone, is up in the pen?

bjamesw22 · July 21, 2005

I've seen vomit cuter than Thompson.

ja002h · July 21, 2005

Anyone know who's, if anyone, is up in the pen?

Wise.

MadisonBrewerBlue · July 21, 2005

OMG Rickie

RyDogg66 · July 21, 2005

Cappy should be able to get two outs ouf of Thompson, Nunez and Taguchi

davego · July 21, 2005

Hey Geoff, call for the ball.

And That · July 21, 2005

Argh.

ja002h · July 21, 2005

UNbelievable!

MadisonBrewerBlue · July 21, 2005

that was an error and Jenks should have called him off

davego · July 21, 2005

e-4? Well, I didn't see it.....

RyDogg66 · July 21, 2005

ok, or not. IF you take Cappy out now you face Edmonds insstead of Taguchi, might as well leave him in. until Pujols.

PeaveyFury · July 21, 2005

Weeks' defense makes Spivey look like a Gold Glover. Yipe.

EDIT: Though yes, that should be Jenkins' ball. And it's not the first time he's done that to the infield this year.

davego · July 21, 2005

Rickie plays offense I guess.
