Attanasio seems slightly disappointed in his tone, doesn't it? A little downtrodden even?

Yeah, that or he's hung over

Now why in the world do you swing at that pitch Prince?? Your not going to be able to hit it hard anywhere even if you do make contact with it. Swinging at that pitch typifies the problems the Brewer hitters are having since the All Star Break. They just aren't swinging at good pitches, especially with men on base.

Because the ump just called a ball outside a strike against him so he feels he has to swing at the next outside pitch.

From the '82 party last night, or from drinking away these ugly losses?

From using the '82 party last night as an excuse to drink away these ugly losses

Looks like another boring, blah performance by our Milwaukee Brewers tonight. Way to get the bats going against Pineiro. Way to be able to hold ANY offense at bay with our pitching staff.

JP just said Branyanesque.

The Muscle is below 200 with 21-48 BB-K ratio. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/embarassed.gif

That really looked like he nicked it with the bat, about time we catch a break!

I can't say why but I think we win this game.

can't say because I don't know. All signs point to this being a loss but something about it just seems like a win in the back of my head.

God, these are some of the most pathetic AB's i have seen by this team all year, and that is saying something. Joel Pineiro is schooling you, just think about that for a minute...Joel Pineiro.http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/mad.gif

I don't know if it was said here, or in another Brewer forum, but if the Brewers don't get their act together, they will finish behind Chicago, St Louis, and Houston. (I added Houston on my own)

Its very nice of the Brewers to let these scrubs who have stunk all year like Rolen and Edmonds get a bunch of hits, maybe we just feel sorry for them.

Yo doesn't have that swagger anymore that he had before Colorado. My fear at the time was that leaving him to get shelled could really do some mental damage to a young pitcher. As I see run #5 cross the plate, that looks about right.

Hate to say it, but the Cards are gonna win the Central. Again.

Well, my family is no longer interested in hanging around anymore these days. I can't figure out if its the bad baseball, my bad mood or the beer farts.

I'm outta here, I can't take any more of this garbage. I have devoted my whole summer to watching and hoping for this ball club to be successful. They teased me all summer long until now. It's hit rock bottom folks, and it's not going to get any better. To think, we as fans had the most optimism we've had in 25 years (for some of you probably ever), that this team would give us something to cheer about. You win two at Houston and win your first road trip since early May and give us some hope. Now, you come home where you have the best home record in all of baseball, and the STL Cardinals with Cy youngs Kip Wells and Joel Pineiro absolutely embarrass you. Congratulations Brewers, you must be so proud.

I'm thinking...a loss.

yeah that was pretty lame, wild pitch, squeeze bunt and little dink single and the game is probably over, so much for my good feeling.
