  1. Pitcher myself and buying Dick Mills program and havinga part time pitching coach, I know more about mechanics then most here. If he could stop throwing accross his body he could add mph which i had a problem with i threw 87 before i fixed that fault now i can reach 92. Also he would have to work on his balance seein as how when you pitch a certain way your whole life ie throwing across your boddy you become acclimatized to that form, when you change it so your landing foot is in line with the ball of your back foot your balance will tend to be shakey.
  2. Hey I was comparing Loaiza and Davis after his start in pittsburgh. And I mentioned that he added his cut fastball which is earning him cy young this year maybe Davis can do this
  3. Estes we have had problems against this year,, i think his two best games came against us...but this is a new brewers team hopefully we can win. LOL we got cincinatti after chicago so we could possibly win at least 5 in a row. weeeeeeeeeeee
  4. Lol@another newbie joining(shadow) Lol if we had this team at the outset of the year we would have contended for the division without a doubt. Kolb as closer=prolly 9 less blown saves dejean blew 11 Podsednik as leadoff man........equals free flowing offense Davis as a 4th or 5th starter more wins less losses replacing rusch and or quevedo, Iam not saying we would win or be veryy close but we'd be 500 or better no doubt
  5. 19 innings is to little example of what he will be like especially when changin leagues. Hitters are dont have the advantage when seeing a new pitcher. And btw I am so sick and tired of people who know nothing about pitching complaining about pitch counts...he doesnt have a complicated delivery and he has good mechanics, he also doesnt throw many sliders its seems mostly changeups and fastballs. And i did know he turned 28 next month, I actually watch the games......unlike some people who just here theres a streak and jump on the bandwagon DONT GET ME STARTED ON ESPNS HIGHLIGHTS
  6. Wow we should have it easy tonight either we pound him or he shuts us down. That is usually how it goes for pitchers we havent seen. Ahhhh..... Dejeans 8 blown saves.........if only he saved those games we would be that much closer to respect and contention. Not to mention the extra starts Rusch has gotten after we knew he should have been sent down or away.
  7. I think that we have gotten so used to seein LEOo succeed and Ned to, that we keep throwing him out there expecting him to always be perfect.
  8. Yeah are search for a centerfielder is over......until we got two center fielders Kryzel and Pod, then we have a problem unless we could send pod to right field. Nice to see Sexson drive in winning run. And the most disturbing part of the games is Ben Sheets giving up 5 er, hopefully he didnt have his A stuff today. And Leo. A, what can i see i thought Redman would do something against him(Redman hits HR and Double againt Leo in previous 2 ab's)
  9. yeah poddy had a good game....as did franklin. but u cant judge his performance on the o'fensive skills of the challenged pirates, remember not to long ago he threw a gem against this same team but with ramirez.
  10. If we ahd a half way descent closer and setup man we could win or could have won 80-85 games this year the bp sux. TA
  11. Funny how Rondell White got to play but Geoff Jenkins Didn't the 32nd man the man that al the fans voted and watned to see, what a jerk.
  12. Lou Palsmo is hitting great and a great all around catcher with speed this guy is a gonna be the future hopefullly
  13. I expect a descent pitching performanc but the only reason i do is because it is the pirates. Ok he will give up 3 runs in 6.3 innings and the management will say HEEEEEEEESS BAAAAA A A A ACK. Then he will pitch against the next opp. and give up like 6 runs prolly just typical he wont succeed after this game....if you call giviing up 3 runs in 6 innings to the worst offense succeeding PROJECTED OUTING 61/3 INNING PITCH 4RUNS 3 EARNED 6 HITS 3 WALKS BUT BREWERS WIN 7-4
  14. just for you i WONT heed you advice i WILL spell how i want to DID YOU EVER THINK IM @#%$ PISSED Hellllo stupppppid are you saying dejean was good????/ YOU CONTRIDICTED YOUR SELF BY SAYING THAT WE SHOULD PUT HIM OUT HTERE cause we'd only win 65 or 70 well then if this season is a waste then estraella or kolb should be closign so they can gain majorleague experience for the winning years theres no sense in dejean ATTEMPTIN to close out games nemore he what reason do you put him out there for HOPE HE GETS IT BACK HOPING HE DOESNT BLOW MORE GAMES AND YOU RISK ATTENDANCE RISK TEAM UNITY RISK GAMES OVERALL NO THIS GUYS WAS NEVER GOOD HE CAN GET THE GOOD HITTERS OUT BUT CANT GET OUT THE JOESMOES THIS IS THE GLENDON RUSH SYNDROME HE WILL PITCH GOOD TOMORROW BUT AGAINST A WEAK OFFENSE LIKE THE PIRATES IT WILL LOOK LIKES HES BACK TO BEING GOOD WHEN OVERALL IT IS JUST A LACK OF OFFENSE THAT WILL MAKE HIM LOOK GOOD HENSE HIS 2 GOOD OUTING THIS YEAR ARE FLORIDA NAD PITTS BAD OFFENSES
