  1. Believe Perez is the emergency catcher.
  2. Blazek actually gave up 5 home runs in 1/3 of an inning.
  3. Has another Brewer pitcher ever given up 5 home runs in one inning before? Have many MLB pitchers ever given up 5 home runs in one inning before?
  4. When do players have to be signed by?
  5. Is there a ranking of the draft after the signings are complete? Doesn't matter who a team drafts if they aren't able to sign them.
  6. Not sure you move him. He seems pretty comfortable hitting in the 8th spot. When things are going well for him why change it up? Although I am surprised teams are pitching to him as much as they are considering the pitcher is right behind him.
  7. How much playing time will Villar get after his rehab assignment? Where would he play? Sogard is playing well and is hitting well from the leadoff spot. Can't see Villar filling in for Shaw or Arcia. Does Villar play OF? But can't believe he would get much time there either. How much did he cost himself by not signing the contract the Brewers offered over the off season?
  8. Is Fresno a bad site? Would the Brewers ever get to go back to Indianapolis or was that a bad site for the Brewers when they were there?
  9. Does Kelenic play for Waukesha West High School or does he play for a summer travel team (Hitters, Stixs, etc.)?
  10. Does he already have the hot girl friend?
  11. Do a high percentage of high school players selected in rounds 11 - 18 sign with the MLB team? Always thought high school players selected after round 10 were less likely to sign.
  12. Besides Braun is Arcia the only position player that has made it to the majors from the Brewer farm system? What position player selected by the Brewers is doing well in the farm system? Roach, Taylor, Coulter aren't developing and don't look like they will make it past double A.
  13. Have the Brewers had more success developing HS pitchers or college pitchers they selected in the draft? Who was the last starting HS pitcher to make it to the Brewers and then start for multiple seasons? It appears the prospects (pitching and position) that were acquired via trade are performing the best and developing.
  14. Who are the top 5 catchers and top 5 at 3B in the 2017 draft? Is there a chance the Brewers go after one of them in the 2nd or 3rd? Would you say catcher and 3B are the weakest positions in the Brewer organization? If not what is the weakest positions for the Brewer organization? Does the current Brewer staff members in charge of the draft prefer high school or college prospects?
  15. Hard to believe a middle infielder has 15 K's in 30 at bats. Need to have a higher on base percentage from the middle infield. Generally you give up a little something to have a good defense up the middle. Brewers giving up the defense for offense but not getting the offense.
  16. May be a good move for Scooter. He often hit well in Cincinnati.
  17. Based on you saying the Brewers wanted a lot for Jeffress or they would keep him, shouldn't he still be in Milwaukee? Don't believe the Brewers received a lot for Jeffress considering the trade was Lucroy, Jeffress for 2 high ranked prospects and a PTBNL (who generally never amounts to anything).
  18. Why did Lucroy have to be traded now instead of the off-season? If Lucroy was under contract for next season couldn't the team try to sign him to an extension? Would think if you are re-building you would want a good catcher as one of the corner stones to build on. Always heard the key to a strong team is good pitching and good defense up the middle (catcher, SS, 2B, CF). How long of a rebuild project are the Brewers going to be? This team is starting to look worse than it did in the Dean Taylor days.
  19. Did I miss where you have Devin Williams?
