Let's assume his velocity is somewhere in the mid-90s and he's on the playoff roster. Would you rather start Woodruff, May or Drohan in game 4? I am going Woodruff all day long.

I don't think it will happen, but I would start Vaughn at 1B, Lara in RF, and Sanchez at DH to start. Those three give you the best chance to win tonight's game. Then you have Yelich and Bauers off the bench once Snell comes out of the game.

Failure after failure on offense my goodness.

The Padres pitching staff is completely out of gas.

Miz threw 88 pitches over 4 innings on Saturday. Would anyone be shocked if he started tonight and we came back with Henderson on Friday if need be? However, I think Gasser has pitched great and deserves the start tonight.

Murph, all I ask is that you play Vaughn and Lara tomorrow and give Bauers and Mitchell a breather.

King is out of gas, this is really something.

King is pitching on fumes.

Crazy the Padres are having to resort to a starter from two days ago!

I really wish we would give Vaughn a start at first. Bauers is having an awful series.

Well on the bright side, Bauers and Turang are way overdue.

I'd like to see Vaughn get a start at 1B tonight. Bauers has had a rough go of it the first two games both offensively and defensively, and it would be nice to have Bauers' bat off the bench in a pinch hit scenario tonight.

The thought of going to San Diego tied 1-1 is quite unsettling.

The Dodgers can and will turn it on at any time. It still feels like we are pretty heavy underdogs to them in a 7 game series with how much depth they have.

Tonight's setup feels similar to last night's. Hard to envision Gasser keeping the Cubs offense down with the wind blowing out again. I'm not sure we'll have enough offense to outslug the Cubs but you never know.
