Maybe they can package him with Krod. Any AL team need a DH/LF and a closer...

I would love to see Brewers hammer the cardinals the rest of the year and put them in a wild card even if it means the team drops a couple of spots in the draft. The only thing as strong as my love for the Brewers is my contempt for the cardinals.

Why not give the rookie catcher another game. didn't maldonado catch like 13 innings last night.

I was really torn last night. I never want to see the crew lose, but anything that helps the cardinals also sucks. hopefully we can put up some W's against STL next week.

How about Lucroy, Braun, K. Davis, and Lind for Sano and Mauer. Seems like a ton to give up but I think Sano has a chance to be great. If we really want to be good 3 to 4 years from now we need at least 1 or 2 monster offensive players. Honestly, I don't think the Twins will trade the rookie no matter how much they are offered in return.

This isn't the NBA draft. Any pick in top ten gives you a shot at getting a really good player and the number one pick isn't guaranteed to be a stud. I prefer that they stay hot to increase trade value for Braun, Luc, Lind, Segura, etc.

My bad. I didn't realize that C.C. is guaranteed 25 mil for 2017 just for being healthy next year. You're right Brew4U, it would not be a wise move. That's a shame, would be nice to see the big guy in a brewer uniform again.

They should trade Garza in the offseason for Sabathia. They are both still owed about 25 Million. If Garza doesn't want to be here then you don't need him around the younger players. I know that C.C. has gone down hill with his pitching but I think that he would provide a great leadership presence and the fans would love to see him in a brewer uniform one more time to show their appreciation for what he did for the club in 2008. Maybe he could even transition to a job with the organization if he doesn't regain his form next year.

He is a great trade chip. 5.60 ERA, 30MIL left on his contract, and a bad attitude. I'm sure the rest of the league is gonna be calling the Brewers about a trade. Maybe they can get a plate of nachos and a hot dog in return.

So Garza said he hasn't seen a veteran lose his rotation spot for having a rough year. Isn't that Lohse on the mound right now.

Way to go Peterson. Nice bomb to right field.

Might be best to cut him and eat the remaining 25 mil on his contract. You can't keep a guy around that refuses to follow orders. That would set a terrible example to the younger players.
