Some concern over Wild Bill's bruised hand. I'm pretty sure every single one of us questioned why Wild Bill played the next day after the injury. It made no sense, except that Contreras probably wanted to.

He suggested he was just trying stuff out. I expect to see Yeli and his RBIs down the order in the playoffs.

I'd put Hoskins on the roster. Yes, he's scuffing pretty badly right now. But there will be an AB at a critical moment in the game in the 9th inning or later where we need a pinch hitter who can deliver a long ball. Everything will be riding on it. Do we ask Lockridge or Hoskins? Sure, Hoskins will probably whiff, but then again, he's been there, and maybe he won't.

Nice win! No, I don't mind the Eeyores and Pollyannas. In fact, I kind of like them. It's the angry people I avoid. Not that I'm better or anything. I just avoid that. Go Crew!!!
