  3. With how much attention Rutschman gets from the media it's easy to forget that Contreras is just two months older than Adley and has been just as good if not better thus far in his career
  4. Record: 77-85 (3rd NL Central) MVP: Yelich (Major bounceback, goes 30-30) Cy Young: Peralta ROY: Chourio Top Newcomer: Hoskins All Star(s): Contreras, Yelich, Peralta Breakout Player(s): Frelick, Turang, Hall Disappointment(s): Mitchell, Ross, Payamps, Sanchez Bold Prediction(s): Yelich has his best season since 2019, going 30-30 and placing top 10 in NL MVP voting

  9. Freddie Freeman is hitting . 269 with 64 hits, 14 home runs, 41 RBIs and 49 runs scored in 65 games versus the Brewers in his career. via Statmuse
  10. Where do we vote for the prospects?
  11. I know this is a ways out, but if the Brewers are in 1st or even close 2nd place by the deadline, they will likely trade for some help. This obviously wasn't the case last year, but now with Matt Arnold in charge I feel that would change. Who should the Brewers trade for at the deadline? Would it be first base help due to Rowdy and Voit's streakiness at the plate and poor defense, would they package Urias and Taylor with a prospect to make room for Chourio? Any ideas?
  12. If all of our pitchers except Burnes win their games and Burnes loses all of his we will win 129-130 game this year
  13. MVP: Corbin Burnes CY Young: Corbin Burnes Rookie of the Year: Sal Frelick/Garrett Mitchell BA Leader: Sal Frelick and Garrett Mitchell (.303) [They end up tying, though Sal Frelick plays considerably less games and has less at bats] HR Leader: Rowdy Tellez (42) ERA Leader: Corbin Burnes (2.58) SO Leader: Corbin Burnes (242) WAR Leader: Corbin Burnes (5.7) Breakout(s): Abner Uribe, Gus Varland, Christian Yelich (Yelich has a bounceback, hitting .270 with 25+ homers) Disappointment(s): Eric Lauer, Luis Urias, Tyrone Taylor Bold Prediction (s): All 5 "Freshmen" debut at some point during the year (I know Mitchell debuted last year) and are each in the top 10 for ROTY except for Chourio who debuts in late September and will still qualify for next year Record: 93-69 Playoffs? Yes, Division Winner. Lose NLCS in 6 to Padres
  14. Little late to this, but I wanted to see how spring training started off before doing it. Spring Training MVP: Garrett Mitchell Surprise OD inclusion: Owen Miller Surprise OD omissions: Abraham Toro, Jake Cousins Breakouts: Mitchell, Wiemer, Frelick and Turang Disappointments: Ashby, Bush, Luke Voit Bouncebacks: Christian Yelich, Jesse Winker Season MVP: Burnes Cy Young: Burnes Reliever of the Year: Devin Williams Rookie of the Year: Garrett Mitchell Bold Predictions: Brewers are around .500 and are barely holding on to 2nd place in the division by the deadline. ESPN and all of the major outlets predict the Brewers to have a firesale, but they end up trading for Bryan Reynolds, who takes over right field and helps lead the Brewers to a division win. Brewers record: 93-69, 1st place NL Central Postseason: Yes (Lose NLCS)
  15. Since Corbin Burnes has spoken out against the Brewers and how the arbitration process went, I've seen many websites talking about potential trade destinations for Burnes, but none of them have talked about the return. I'm wondering what the return could be. Could the Brewers get a couple big prospects like Grayson Rodriguez and Gunnar Henderson, or is that too optimistic?
  16. Thank you! I'm excited to talk Brewers with you all
  17. Does this mean that Brewers games would no longer be blacked out on MLB?
