  1. I'm with WillBill24, as someone who remembers a lot of dark years for the Crew, it's pretty hard to seriously question the front office given their recent performance. Hindsight will always give a clear view, but if no deals come, I'll assume it's because the bid/ask was too great. Don't get me wrong, I'd love an impact bat and another quality SP, but given that this team is already performing beyond my expectations, I'm not going to complain.
  2. Smart baseball minds, help me make sense of this one. Naylor for Yoho. Heyman reporting it.
  3. After years of being a reader, I guess today is the day I join the land of posts. I'm surprised I haven't seen this yet on the thread (apologies if I missed it), but to me this is a validation of the approach the Brewers have taken in the draft. Many would have thought Pratt could not be signed where he was drafted, but the Brewers clearly had done their diligence. I'll take a long term bet on a premium position, especially when the org believes in the player. Hopefully it all works out. Heck had Brice gotten this deal back in the day I'd be wondering why the Crew gave so much to someone who didn't seem like he'd ever be a threat at the plate. Fingers crossed the ROI on this one is high.
