Autograph Fridays and On Deck Event 5x7 Cards

I have started to try and put together these sets from the past few years. I was wondering if anyone has put together lists of these cards over the years. I am also wondering if anyone has a signed or unsigned 5x7 "Autograph Friday" style card of Ray Durham that would have been available at the Elm Grove block party back in August. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'm the one who we have been outbidding each other on most of the team issued postcards the last few years. I don't have a checklist made, but I store every years in their own manilla envelope. I don't have an extra of the Durham card, but be aware that it is larger than the rest of the photos. The picture on the card, and basically the whole makeup of his card looks like a rush job.
