I look at it as kind of a positive that the games haven't been sold out the last few days. How well have the Brewers fared at home during sellouts when fans were hanging on every swing and pitch? Well, they were swept in 4 games by the Cubs, 3 by the Mets, underachieved down the stretch against San Diego, Cincy, etc. I think the message that the non sellout sends is that people don't EXPECT them to make the playoffs anymore, which can in turn take some pressure off the players. Hopefully the Brewers can pick up a 1-game cushion somewhat under the radar before the Cubs' series, when it will feel like once again all eyes in Wisconsin, and the country, will be on their performances.

This is some pretty inspiring stuff from Yo. Hoep the offense can finally ignite for once and put up a big crooked number. Would be great if Gagne could be run out there in the 9th with a comfortable lead so that he can get teh ovation he deserves from tonight's crowd.
