It should be noted that the person filed a civil suit, and this isn't a criminal case. Considering that, this sure sounds like someone trying to get money to me.

That's what I figured as well. You almost have to feel sorry for these athletes who have boat loads of money. Or wait....

 

Seriously, though. It must suck having to worry about these jerks that are constantly looking to get money out of you. Autographs are one thing, but suing someone for something that either never happened or isn't serious just isn't right. Then again, you don't exactly have to be an athlete to worry about these kind of people.
