2010 Affiliate Bobbles

I was just looking around at the promotions, and it seems that the only 3 bobbles given away this year are the two for the rattlers, and a prince fielder sounds. I couldn't find anything for Huntsville. Any reason why the Sounds aren't doing one? I'm also just assuming there won't be any rookie or low A ball ones given away.

There might be one additional T-Rats bobble. I cannot tell if the "Fang in Napa Racecar giveaway" is a bobble. I checked Helena, Brevard, and Huntsville yesterday and it doesn't look like they are doing any bobbles.
