Hey Randy, how about you hang around long enough for the people who are going to watch the World Cup game to still see you. A repeat of your last two starts would be appreciated.

Brewers, as hawing would say, lets go 1-0 on June 26, 2010.

We must make lemonade out of these lemons, then, by naming the platoon.

Someone recently suggested Go Diego Go - I forget it if it was in the chat or a thread. I like that better than Edmez or Go-dmonds.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I like Go Diego Go. Go-dmonds isn't terrible, though.

This is Fister's first start off of the DL. He's going to be on a pitch count of around 85. Hopefully the Brewers can get his pitch count up early, get him out of the game, and get into that thin Mariners bullpen.

I only feel like Godmends would be appropriate if Edmonds starts hitting like it's 2004 and Gomez finally blossoms. I agree Go Diego Go works for now.

Edit: On the topic of the M's bullpen, David Aardsma isn't with the team as his wife is having a baby today, so they're a man short.

what's up with that? I thought the game time change was to make sure the game would NOT be blacked out.

I'm guessing Directv didn't get the message that the FOX window is in prime-time today instead of it's usual block of time.

Isn't it awesome how our worst starters are guys who signed free agent contracts in their 30s for $10 million a year?

Wow, Mariners defense fell asleep at the wheel there. Weeks plowed Johnson, and I'm guessing Hart picked up on that.

Prince really seems to be heating up. It's been awhile since we've seen him jump on a mistake pitch like that...absolutely crushed it.

As for the weird play right before it, I'm surprised Rickie didn't break Rob Johnson's arm on that play. Good heads up play by Hart realizing the ball got away and no one was covering home.

Major props to the organ player (name escapes me at the moment) for playing "With a Little Help From My Friends."

This signing is turning into an absolute disaster. At this point, I don't feel comfortable projecting Wolf as anything better than a 4.75 - 5.00 ERA pitcher, although I am more than likely just overreacting to his epic suckitude...I keep telling myself he can't be this bad, but he continues to amaze me...

Wolf stinks. Probably our worst starting pitcher.

Even with today's bad start from Wolf, Narveson's ERA is almost a full run higher.

Yeah, I know. But contracts asisde, I think I would rather have Narveson in our rotation than Wolf. JMO.
