Who's Auto is this

Anyone know who's auto this is? Says it should be Nick Collins, doesn't look it to me, but I'm not familiar with Packer Auto's. What number was Butler? Also, how much is something like this worth, no COA, signed in person.

that is a very nice one of his signatures I have 3 or 4 things signed by him and sometimes he gets a little hard to read but that is one of his very best ones, you have there. enjoy he was a great packer!

He was signing auto's at car auction my dad was at for people who bought cars. If anyone is interested in purchasing it, just shoot me an offer. Not really sure what I want to do with it yet.
