Interesting... walking the winning run on base. Buck has hit the ball hard tonight too. Hope this works out
I'm ok with it once it got to 2-0 on Stanton.

I'm looking forward to MLB.tv's live look-in to end before the final AB.
And there we go. Cuts out when it's 2-2 to Buck.

Haha the live look-in is a joke. I hate their stupid blackout policy. They insult their paying customers by giving away a free game per day and all these live look-ins, but then they don't let me watch games in a home market, so I go do something else instead of watching baseball.

why do pitchers like to touch their greasy hair and then grab a ball? Axford always takes off his cap and brushes that damp mane before throwing a pitch. Does that really help?

We needed a win like that. As painful as giving up the lead was early, it's equally as good or better to see this team come from behind late on the road.

That's what your stud is supposed to do... Thanks Braun!

Way to swing at three balls, Hayes. We appreciate that. Nieves-esque. Braun is really good at baseball. Brewers win!

Remember this one when a silly one gets away. Great win!

lim(years in majors-->2) axford=turnbow

Ax-man scares the crap out of me, but I love the guy.

Yeah, but you have to go back to the fact that the Crew blew a 3 run lead to begin with in this one. Shouldn't really have come down to needing a PH homer plus a heart stopping 9th to get the win.

VAUGHN: What is that stuff?

HARRIS: (pointing to them in order) Crisco, Bardahl, Vagisil. Any one of 'em will give you another 2-3 inches drop on your curve ball. Course if it's cold and I got a shirt on under my jersey, I just rub a little jalapeno inside my nose and get it runnin'. I need to load up the ball a little, I just wipe my nose.

VAUGHN: (revolted) You put snot on the ball?

HARRIS: At my age, you put anything you can find on it. I haven't got an arm like yours.

Perfect. That's exactly what I was thinking when he did it too....good ol' Harris.
