If I had any kind of confidence in Counsell, I let him swing, but that seemed like a perfect time to take advantage of CC's strenghts and bunt. I appreciate the sentiment to keep attacking when the guy is missing like Capps was, but I think that's just getting a bit greedy, especially with CC at the plate.

Classic late-inning Brewer tease from years gone by.

O RLY?

Huh. These guys are having fun again. And basically because of Tony Plush. Good stuff.

Thanks to T-Plush with an assist from Gardenhire. Amazing he had Nathan and a left hander warming up and just left Capps in through all that.

wow.........who would have believed it?

if someone kept watching a game that was 7-0 in the 4th, deep down somewhere they believed it.

or they're just really bored.

If something is wrong with Braun this all means not so much. Time to finish it off, Ax Man. Then the T-Plush post-game is required viewing.

Major league manager logic......."he's the closer...thats his job"

I gotta stop turning these games off when they are 7-0 in the 3rd inning. (See Yankee/Red Sox series) Come here to see what's going on and click the gamecast and voila'! It's 7-7??!!!! omg what did I do? But I did get to see George Kottaras do something Wil Nieves wouldn't have.

Come on AX-MAN!!!!!!
